Permission is granted to temporarily use PromptiveX's AI tools for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our AI tools. However, by using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our AI services.

• We do not claim ownership of your input or generated content
• Your content is processed securely and not stored permanently
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any laws
• We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate content

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions

In no event shall PromptiveX, BorgByte Hub, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PromptiveX's website.
